Höganäs AB is a Swedish company in metal manufacturing. The company has since its inception in 1797 originated in the ancient practice Höganäs in Skåne. In the 1830's they began to produce salt-glazed stoneware. Production of household utensils Stoneware has continued since then, and the classic brown pot is a common feature in Swedish homes. Höganäs is one of Sweden's oldest companies.
