THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO YOUR GIFT CARD CHARGED WITH A FIXED AMOUNT OR E-GIFT THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED OR RECEIVED ("CARD"). UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO NATURAL GIFT AS WELL AS E-GIFT.

YOUR CARD

Your card is issued by MOBLER Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, whose headquarter is located at 10C Jalan Ampas.
The card contains the monetary value paid, in advance, at the place of purchase. There is no credit card, check guarantee card or debit card and the balance on your card will not accrue any revenue.
Your card is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
It cannot be refunded or returned.
Your card has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CARD PURCHASE AND ACTIVATION

You can buy a card from Möbler by phone at 9882 5303, online at www.moblersingapore.com, or from our showroom.
Your card will be activated and ready for use upon your receiving of an email confirmation containing a personal code.
No change will be given for purchases with your card. Remaining balances on the card will be retained for future use.

CARD EXPIRATION DATE

You are entitled to use your card to shop for Möbler's furniture products for a period of twelve months from the card's date of purchase.
Once twelve months have passed since the card's date of purchase, you will not be able to use your card again (even if all or part of the value within the card has not been used), and you will not be able to request a refund of the unused value remaining on card.

CHECK YOUR BALANCE AND DURATION (OF YOUR CARD'S VALIDITY FOR PURCHASE)

You can check the percentage of unused funds and the duration of your card's validity for purchase in your confirmation email or in the latest email from a purchase.
